Title 24 is a set of basic energy efficiency requirements established by the state of California for insulation, glazing and lighting values. An engineer reviews the architectural drawings and specifications of the proposed structure and advises whether the required standards have been met. At The Go Green Home we are aiming for LEED certification; because of this we will exceed all Title 24 requirements.
