The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System was established by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) to evaluate high performance green buildings. Our objective at The Go Green Home is to attain the highest possible LEED rating through environmentally responsible design and construction, creating a home that operates with optimum energy efficiency. LEED measures performance in five key areas of human and environmental health: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.
