Fernando Feldman founded Hand in Hand Construction in 1995 with the goal of providing quality craftsmanship at a fair price. Since its inception Hand in Hand has served the high-end residential and commercial real estate market in Southern California.

Some of our work includes creating an upscale photographer's studio in an industrial warehouse; transforming an ordinary bathroom into a luxury spa retreat complete with marble columns and a steam shower; and restoring an architecturally significant Mid-Century Modern home designed by renowned modernist Richard Neutra.
